Export minutes are the paid quota.

Uploaded speech duration sent through server-side transcription. It is included with your plan and expands when you upgrade, not sold as a separate top-up.

AI style credits

Creator and Pro include prompt-to-style caption generation. Generated caption styles cost 1 AI style credit and can be saved as reusable presets.

FAQ

How does checkout work?

Paid plans and top-ups open Paddle Checkout. The active Paddle environment is controlled by the deployed billing env.

Do I need my own OpenAI key?

No. Transcription uses Typeframe's server-side OpenAI key; browsers never receive the key.

What is the beta upload cap?

Source videos are capped at 250 MB and 3 minutes per upload.

Which billing provider will ship?

Paddle is the active checkout provider. Typeframe plan IDs stay stable if another provider is added later.
